What started as a one-man operation providing basic IT services to small business, quickly grew into a professional consulting firm. We have become valuable resource for our clients and, with our new brand, we aim to become a regional leader in IT & cybersecurity consulting.
Our original company was founded when Steve Muñoz, Sr.noticed that many businesses did not have the appropriate IT and cyber security infrastructure set in place. MTS would build the foundation and guide these businesses as they grew.
From our company’s expanding capabilities a new vision was born. The new direction would enable us to provide full IT infrastructure management and network security clients on a regional level. Our new brand embodies the essence of this vision.
Steve began exploring programming languages at a young age, with his first experiences in COBOL and Pascal. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Francisco Marroquín University to pursue a degree in Software Engineering. He earned his Microsoft certification in 2002. Shortly after, Steve and his family relocated to Dallas, TX, where he joined a private IT consulting firm. Four years later, he transitioned to freelance work and established his own company, Muñoz Technology Services. In 2014, Steve and his son, Steve Jr., formed a partnership that has become known as ForceTech IT Cybersecurity.
Steve Jr. developed a passion for technology at the age of thirteen when he discovered the art of taking apart electronics and putting them back together. He has earned several certifications, including Cisco Certifications (Discovery, CCNA, CCNA+), CompTIA, and Microsoft Azure AI & Data Fundamentals. Currently, he is studying Systems Administration and Business.
